Jason's Bio
Jason Brock is an award-winning pop and cabaret singer based in San Francisco, best known as a Top 12 finalist on The X Factor USA. With a powerful vocal range, sharp wit and a strong connection to audiences, he blends pop, jazz, Broadway and comedy into entertaining performances.
Brock has an extensive live performance career in the United States, Japan and Mexico. In San Francisco he has performed for almost 2 decades at Martuni's Piano Bar, regularly sings the national anthem for the Giants and currently performs monthly at The Academy SF. He is also a familiar presence at major benefit and community events, including frequent appearances at Richmond Ermet Aid Foundation (REAF) fundraising concerts.
Internationally, Brock has performed extensively in Tokyo, Japan at venues such as MyScotch Piano Bar in Roppongi and Kingdom in Shinjuku. In Puerto Vallarta, Mexico he's had two residencies at Act2PV's Red Room.
In addition to live performance, Brock works as an actor in both the United States and Japan. His screen credits include U.S. television and independent film projects such as The X-Factor USA, Love is not Enough, Looking and Eat the Rainbow, along with Japanese television & film appearances including Unbelievable, Songs of Tokyo and The Investor.
In video games, Brock has voice acted in the game series, Aveyond, and sung in Disney Music Parade.
Brock also maintains his long-running YouTube channel featuring singing, comedy, travel and commentary, and has created podcasts including The Jason Broccoli Show (released in the early days of podcasting) and RuPaul’s Drag Race Virgins.
Jason has also done several TV Commercials in Japan for Rosetta Stone, Suntory, IDEX and others.
Across music, acting and digital media, his work is unified by storytelling, humor and a distinctly personal point of view.
