Chicken Enchilada Soup. It’s so delicious! Jason decided to make it and show you how!
This is a video of Jason Brock making chicken enchilada soup. Since we’re all inside all the time during the coronavirus outbreak, why not make it yourself? Jason hasn’t actually done a cooking video before, but he hopes you enjoy his first one!
Jason has been making this chicken enchilada soup recipe for a year or two, actually. Originally, he would make it in and Instant Pot – you know those? They’re like pressure cookers, basically.
Anyway, Jason has modified the recipe a bit, so he could make it in his apartment in Tokyo without an Instant Pot. He didn’t want to make that investment, so he just used a regular old POT!
Chicken enchilada soup is really amazing, actually. It’s so delicious, and it was a favorite of his ex’s, too. It’s also really healthy (if you follow the recipe – linked in the video). Check it out – the original recipe is from SkinnyTaste. They are awesome – especially if you want quick and healthy recipes (that include nutritional information – per serving).
